Top 5 Cydia Tweaks For iOS 6.1.3 And 6.1.2 Evasi0n Jailbreak – 2013

Today, by popular request, I decided to compile a new list of five very useful Jailbreak tweaks and moddifications that are available through Cydia. My new video, which is embedded above, corresponds with this article and accurately demonstrates the tweaks and their functions.
All third-party Cydia packages mentioned in both this article and its video counterpart are completely compatible with new and old devices alike running iOS 6.0 through 6.1.3. However, because Evasi0n was patched by the minor 6.1.3 update, only iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and 4th-generation iPod touch models will be able to successfully install the tweaks. If you have yet to Jailbreak, I strongly recommend following either my 6.1.3 or iOS 6.1.2 in-depth written Jailbreak tutorials

The five Cydia Tweaks listed below can be downloaded and installed without the addition of separate repositories – simply open Cydia, search for the desired package(s) and tap through the typical install process.
Jailbreak 6.1.3 Top Tweaks
1. AnyLockApp is a free tweak that allows users to replace the default lock screen camera access with any app they have installed. Once a new application is set, the device will automatically have instant access to said application from the lock screen.
2. BrowserChooser is a simple utility that enables iDevice owners to bypass Safari as the default browser for iOS.
3. Gridlock 2.0 allows applications to be placed anywhere on the iOS springboard and the tweak, which is available for $4.99, also allows app slots to be left blank for customization purposes.
4. LivePapers brings customizable animated wallpapers to iOS devices. Although LivePapers only comes with one live wallpaper by default, users can purchase new wallpaper packs from Cydia for various prices.
5. Aptdate is a very basic modification that automatically checks Cydia’s default repositories for new package updates every five hours and sends push notifications if it discovers any.
Thank you for reading and watching. If you have any suggestions for my next list of Cydia tweaks, don’t hesitate to leave a comment or response to the video embedded above. Stay tuned for complete coverage on iOS, Jailbreaking in general and new Cydia tweaks.
